SOUTH AFRICA
- November, 2008
- The Delane Foundation, Georgia USA
- Working in Children's Center there
- Delane Foundation is collecting and packing small children's clothes, shoes, underwear, hygiene products, etc to get ready for the trip in November 2008. Almost all the children in this center are orphans because of AIDS. Most of the children have AIDS. Of course the death rate is high but for those who grow up and leave the center, they will have some education and job skills. They need clothes basically for children ages 2 through 12. We have made several baby bags for the babies. Each bag contains one cloth diaper, diaper pins, one pair of baby socks, one baby shirt and one small receiving blanket. We are placing these items in a one gallon zip lock bag and packing them in boxes. If you have any items you no longer need and would like
to donate them, please contact us. We will make arrangements to pick them up and get them to the right place. God bless you for any assistance!
