On 27^th I went to Deaf School. I looked for Stefan there for his presentation. I asked houseparent then Alzbeta as Deaf student. They said there have no program today and all kids went to home. I asked Alzbeta for clarify about kids. She explained that there have 25 kids as orphan. The school could not handle to keep all of them. They divided in few groups by each place with 4 houseparent. After holiday weeks they go back to their dorm at the school. I was glad that I already gave a Christmas gift to them at the Catholic Church and not have to carry two heavy bags to school. I try visited 3 of them and stay longer but Alzbeta wanted to watch TV with her houseparent. I feel no peace to stay longer. I respect their wishes. I gave my mobile phone number for Stefan. I return home.

Later Stefan arrived at the school and found out that there are no kids or no program for him. Of course, he was so upset. He sms to me. I tried to understand Slovakia words. Oh yes, I looked at Anglicko – Slovakia dictionary. We agreed that we meet at centrum.

I went there and stand outside. I waited for him. I try to be patient because of too cold. I saw Anna C to come to me. She asked me why I stand there. I explained her about Stefan. She knew him. I asked her what you are doing. She said I walked around town. She shared with me. She stayed at hearing dorm but not happy to be alone. I asked if she want to join with us. She said yes. We waited but went in the café place. Stefan finally arrived and joined with us.

Stefan was so disappointing with 2 School. He had a high expectation for his presentation as his role model to Deaf Gypsy and his future job. After graduation he wants to teach at the Deaf school but change his mind. He could not work with all Director or teachers in Kremnica. School was change lot than before. His Drama teacher encourages him to make a plan for his future job. He decided to work with hearing kids in Bratislava in the future.

After we drank our hot tea. We went to my apt for lunch time. We ate the pizza. Anna was so quiet person. Stefan talked lot. It happened that Stefan asked me about Bible. I was so exciting to share with them. I showed that nativity. Let me tell you a story of Jesus’ birth. They were puzzled about Jesus is Holy, not Mary. Some shepherds and some kings worshipped Jesus, not Mary. They kept quiet. Stefan has to leave for meeting his friend.

He came back to us. He was so happy. He said Guess what? I said what? He showed me a book. It called “Look for Great Man” He explained that he walked to his friend’s house but someone stopped at him. The man asked him a question. “Who is the greatest man?” He could answer “Jesus”. The man was so impressing with him. He made a suggestion to him that read the book later. He was hurried to leave. I knew something wrong with book. I asked him let me check the book. He gave it to me. I looked at it and found “Watch Tower”. I told him that it is Jehovah’s Witness. He was surprising. He asked me a question. “How do you know?” He doubted. I ran to my bedroom. I found some material of cult and show him it with words. He looked at me and asked me again. Please explain me - what does JW’s believed?  I explained a brief but told him that it needs to take a long explanation. There is easy for you to catch it. What? JW believe one cross that Jesus died on it. I opened the book and look for it. There is a picture of Jesus’ death. He said I want to see a picture of Jesus’ death on cross. I took Lubo’s Children’s Bible Picture. I showed it to him. He looked around to Anna. Anna said, See! I am glad that Severa tell you that. He was still to think then wanted to tear up them. He wanted me to take some pictures of him. We went to my kitchen. He did tear up the book and booklet and throwed them in the trash. We were so happy.

Stefan asked Anna some questions. Anna shared with us. When I first visited to Deaf School. Anna was exciting to make a new friend with me. But Marcela warned her that my religious is different. Marcela told her about Roman. He changed his life then was baptized. It made him worse. He now is in the jail. I told her that I just move here and wanted to make disciple him but he graduate from school then move to Czech Republic. Stefan was so positive about our missionaries Vesta and Fritz. He encouraged her to become a friend with Severa. She was afraid. I told him that you don’t have to force her to become a friend or change her life now. I told her that I am happy to be your friend. She still kept quiet.

Later Anna shared with me about her dorm with hearing students. She was not happy to be there with her complaining. She wanted to be with Deaf peoples. I asked her about her Christmas time. Marcela and she went over one family for only 3 days but Marcela moved to another friend. She has to go back to dorm. She has to do nothing there all the day. She asked me if I help her to pay her 4 Days Retreat for Happy New Year. It was hard for me to make a decision. It will help her or not. I told her that she needs to check if there has a room for her or not. Stefan tried to contact to Ericka but failed. Anna cried. I told her that she has to wait for tomorrow. I invited her to come tomorrow or everyday. She said I will come about 7 am or 8 am. My mind said WOW. I said ok you can come here at 8 am. I made her a promise to talk to her houseparent with Stefan. She went home. Stefan went to his hotel room.

Next Day:

Anna showed up at 8 am with big smile. I made her a breakfast. I tried to make her welcome home. We talked little. Stefan showed up then we went to her school. We meet her houseparent on the street. A lady with two girls was on the way to the shopping. Stefan introduced me to her then explained her about her permission for Anna visit me and return back to dorm on a time. A lady is a friendly and accepted her requisition for permission.

Stefan visited to his another friend then his former teacher. Anna went with him. Later Anna came to my apt. She was relaxing to watch on TV. I tried talk to her but keep quiet.

Later Stefan came back then he sms to his friends for eating out. We went to the restaurant and meet his friends. Jaro, Martin, and Boris showed up and joined with us. Stefan shared with them about his disappointing. Anna reminded him to contact to Ericka. Stefan still could not reach her. Anna cried. His friends were so puzzling about her. We explained them about her needs. Stefan finally talked to Ericka and explained about Anna. Ericka said yes there is a room for her. Anna was so happy. We ate our dinner time. Stefan went home by the bus. I gave her an envelope with money for Ericka. Anna went home with happy.
